I am a proud father, an android enthusiast, and a geek at heart. I love everything about the Android. Especially the Android community.

Google Music Opinion

I am going to keep this short and sweet.  Say what you will about Google Music; I have heard both good and bad.  In my opinion, Google did a spectacular job of making moving my music to the cloud easy and painless.  Within just a few clicks my music was uploading in the background, and I was free to go about my business.

I have music spread across different machines.  With Google Music that is no longer the case.  A few clicks on each machine and now all of my music is in the cloud.  And here is where I get excited.

I have an EVO, EPIC, G-Tab,  and a few laptops.  I am a geek.  I can’t help it.  I bought a song on iTunes (sorry, I do still use iTunes), and within moments, that song was available on all of my devices.  That, ladies and gentlemen, sold me 100 percent.

App review: Word Feud

Do you like word games? Wordfeud by HBWARES is a very addicting multi-player word game. Imagine Scrabble on your phone, and you got it. What I like about Wordfeud is that you can play against friends or random opponents, make your move, and then go about your business and your phone will notify you when it is your turn again. You can play several games simultaneously. I catch myself playing 10 or 15 games at the same time.

You can play against friends on Android or iPhones.  This game comes in 2 flavors: a free version that is ad-supported and a paid version that is ad-free.  It also allows you to add your friends to a friends list to easily invite them to a rematch.  Give it a try and let me know what you think.  Hell, invite me to a game, I would love to play you.
